We recommend regular oiling with food safe oil eg olive oil which will help protect the Oak but please note this will also darken the colour and appearance of the Oak. Please do not soak or put in a dishwasher, wipe only with a damp cloth. Extreme heat or moisture will negatively affect the stability of the Oak.
