We recommend regular oiling with food-safe oil or beeswax to help protect the wood. Please note, however, that this will also darken the colour and appearance of the oak. Please do not soak or put in a dishwasher, wipe only with a damp cloth. Extreme heat or moisture will negatively affect the stability of the oak.
